He Will Hear You When You Call!

He Will Hear You When You Call!

“Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart” (Jer. 29:12-13, NKJV).

God knows the very intent of our hearts before we make our petitions. He is not taken by the petitions we bring to Him. Our All-Knowing God attends to our petitions with compassion because He is concerned about the things that concern us. Before we call, God will answer. He knows our needs before we can express them. At a deeper level, our all-knowing God responds to what we release in faith. He knows before time, those encounters that will inspire or prompt us to cry out unto Him. Remember that God was before all things, and He will always be with us in all things and will always be with us through all things and forever. He is called the Author and the Finisher of our faith, the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning, and the End, the First and the Last. He is from Everlasting to Everlasting. The point is clear. All that we became from the past, all that we are in the present and all that we hope to be in the future is already established in God. For it is in Him that we live and move and have our being. When we call on Him, He does answer, and He will respond in ways that are incomprehensible—Miracles! Signs! Wonders! God already knows the rest of our story. Sometimes we struggle to express the fullness of our pleas unto Him. But God in His infinite wisdom knows our end from the beginning, and He will hear us through the enabling of the Holy Spirit who makes prayers effectual and offers intercessions for us. It is the Holy Spirit who enables us to be resilient in all our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with unuttered tones, which are only understood by God. Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for us. Jesus is the Word. So, as you walk with Him (the Word), speak the Word into your life and situation. Considering these reflections today, begin to focus on the very thing that you wish to present unto the Lord and speak the Word over it. Remember, that it is not so much what we read from the Word of God that will transform our situations rather it is what we speak forth from the Word of God into our situations that will make the difference. So, apply the Word. Speaking the Word of Faith is what will align our hearts with the heart of God. He hears us while we are speaking, and He answers while we are calling. Let us talk with Jesus as we walk with Him all the way. That’s how we maintain communication at all times.
